  • This morning...


    I did day 1 of week three of the 6 week 100 Pushup challenge.


    In five sets (25, 17, 17, 15 and 26), I did my first 100 pushups in one day - about 15 minutes of grinding, torture but so totally worth it!

  • Congratulations on your first 100. You must be getting strong. I bet you notice it in your everyday life, right?

    I go through phases where I do tons of pushups so I know your pain. But I think what you did today is about my max. Good luck with the coming weeks. You'll be lifting cars by the end! :)

  • I'd suggest that you use the onions for kabobs, but I don't think that plumbs, nectarines, and bananas go well on the grill with onions.... If you want to just grill the onions, slice 'em up and put them on foil on the grill.
