A poached salmon recipe that I've yet to find? A recipe for Shrimp, Tomato and Corn Sautee? or A recipe for red beans and rice made with chicken sausage?
Do you need a poached salmon recipe? The important thing is to make a good court boullion to poach it in. Then a nice flavorful butter sauce (beur blanc, if I spelled that right), is really good...and maybe some sauteed spinach.
