Boring title, eh?
Mr Dog gets a Cattle Toy?
Still not terribly exciting but anyway...
While we were up in the mountains, poor Mr Dog did not have his buddy Wyatt to chew upon and we forgot to bring hm any toys. We felt bad and he was driving us nuts so we went to the Dollar General across the street from our cabin and purchsed him some toys. The best? The stuffed cow that mooed.
He fairly quickly removed the mooer and then ate the eyes out of its head. Its tail is also gone but otherwise it still remains mostly whole.
We had a nice little cabin and a nice little bear.
We went on a hike that ended up being 8 miles. We saw flowers:
Dead things...
I think it's an elk. Mr Dog was certainly interested.
He was also highly interested in the MUD.
The first half of the trail, where we got most of out pictures before our battery died, was all fire road.
There were some very nice ponds and a big old lake.
There were some things that were just neat - views, dead trees and a crap ton of pine cones...
Mr Dog had a good time but I think he eventually was bored
Now that you've looked at a crapton of pictures.
Can someone recommend me a BETTER digital camera?
I'm thinking a quick shooter, auto focus and pretty much auto everything but with decent resolution...

I'm glad you had a good time on your weekend getaway! If you want help finding a digital camera, call Kurt. He helped me find mind and I LOVE it!
Looks like everyone had fun. I've been looking for a good camera too and someone in my lab swears by the Casio Exlim which I've decided to get once it goes on sale.
I like the red, spiky flowers the best. Well, next to Indiana, of course. The skeleton is kind of creepy. What do you think killed it? Eeeps!
