  • I just finished lunch. It was both tasty and healthy. And, bonus, easy!


    I bought a nifty little lunch kit from Trader Joe's. There is a Trader Joe's right by work and once a week, I go buy my week's worth of lunch stuff from there. It costs me about $4 to $5 a day to have mostly healthy, fruit'n'veggie heavy food that tastes good.


    Anyhow, back to the lunch kit, they premake them and it was:


    1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
    1 piece of string cheese
    1 bag of chocolate graham crackers
    1 240mL bottle of water
    10 baby carrots with a little vial of ranch dip


    All this with 1 napkin and 370 calories. And then I added in a handful of fresh raspberries. Mmmmm. Raspberries!
