    I'm actually impressed by some people in Congress.
    How much you want to bet they end up cheating?
    They need to learn to shop the clearance bins for old meat and to use the day old bread stores.

  • The Oregon governor did this same thing a week or two ago.  It was in the local papers.

  • My normal minimum budget is about twice that. I feel for them. I did that for the last few weeks of school this year. Legumes, rice, oatmeal. Eggs--a dozen eggs a week is a wonderful source of protein. I can find them for $1.24/dozen here. Twice as much in the capital? I doubt it not.

    They also need to find the discount grocery stores. And discover how long that bus ride is.
