I'm so very, very glad that we just had a giant thunderstorm.
Now it's no longer 95 degrees with a heat index of 100+ degrees (making it a balmy 110 or more inside where I work).
Tomorrow should be 75 delicious degrees. Without 90% humidity.
mmmmm...coolness. and dryness.
It was so hot at work that they started turning off lights trying to
cool it off inside - making little bitty numbers bitch hard to read
though...

I must agree. St Louis had temps of 100+ degrees and we are now at a lovely 82 for the second day in a row. It seems as if the Canadian part of me melts when the temperature goes above 85, so now that it's cooler I feel fully human again.
