  • Is it Un-American of me to be bloody sick of the Olympics already?


    I mean, I'm all for gold medals and all that sport-y jazz, but dammit, did you have to take away my Law and Order to put it on the air?


    I guess I need to get TNT so I can watch Law and Order re-runs.

  • Apparently we're one of the few countries that still enjoys the Olympics. It looks like only the countries that rule in it, enjoy it. During the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, IOC people were pissed off at the low attendance. The Koreans, to fix the problem, bussed in un-uniformed soldiers and school children. and it looks like greece is having similar problems. About half the tickets are sold and many athletes perform to empty stadiums.

  • I'm entirely sick of it myself, as well.
