Only two this year:
1.) Get back on and STAY on Weight Watchers plan (my fall off the wagon in June has resulted in re-gaining 15 of the 40-odd pounds I lost). No real weight goal but simply wanting to get back to where I was and maintain for an entire year, if possible. I’ve already started this one and things are actually working relatively well (for the whole whopping three days I’ve been on it).
2.) Every week (that’s 52, folks) I want to try one new recipe. I have 21 so far that I will be trying. I am needing another 30 or so, if you have any suggestions, please to send it to me, eh? Yes, I know that I should have 31 but I’m already making one recipe from the crazy awesome crockpot lady website – blackbean salsa chicken. It’s currently bubbling away on my cupboard….Also, keep in mind, I am semi-cooking retarded. I can handle basics but if it’s requiring any of the more esoteric gear of the world or requires talent for example, it’s unlikely to succeed.
Also, I will be posting, hopefully along with pictures – my endeavors. Because I want to and because it’s kinda neat to see what I (since Joshua will not touch most of this food with a ten foot pole) eat.
