Weight Watchers Week 13
Down 3.8 pounds for a total weight loss in 13 weeks of — at least according the Weight Watchers scale – 28.6lbs.
I prefer my home scale as today it read in at 160.8 – not too shabby.
I made it to the gym this morning — only 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike – none of it hard work, but I did it. I also did my pushup challenge which I will post here as well as over on my forum.
Pushups – 8
Plank – 60 seconds
Crunch – 20 (this is what happens when you do them DIRECTLY after doing the ab-wrenching plank – poor planning on my part!)
Wall Sit – 30 seconds
Stand on Left foot, arms above head – 90 seconds
Stand on Right food, arms above head – 32 seconds (apparently my right side is retarded because I almost fell over TWICE)
I am squirrely.
I’d say too much sugar but the only sugar that I’ve had is the artificial stuff in my soda and the fructose from my strawberries this morning. Nonetheless…I ammmmm a LIIIIIIIVE WIRE today!!!
