  • This morning when I got dressed, I was pulling pants out of the closet and discarding the ones that were too big. And then I came to the pants I am wearing today.


    And I put them on. AND they fit. The legs are a bit tight (thank you giant thigh muscles) but the waist is not even giving me muffin top.


    THEY'RE EIGHTS!


    I am excited.


    I'm also excited because my 3fatchicks.com/forum just started their Summer Biggest Loser Challenge. I'm on the red team - go red team!! On Sunday, my team will start some internal challenges. The first one is the pushup challenge.


    So, between now and Sunday, I have to see:
    How many pushups can I do?
    How long can I hold the plank position?
    How many crunches can I do?
    How long can I wall-sit?
    How long can I stand on one foot and hold my arms straight above my head (doing it for both feet)?


    I'm very excited by this. I don't typically view myself as competitive but more as comparitive. I like to see how I'm doing as compared to other people.


    Whatever. I'm excited. And maybe tonight I can try all these exercises and see how many I can do and how many more I can add on during the 15 weeks of this challenge.


    Today's food (so far):
    Brekkie - Eggy sammich, strawberries, dt soda
    Lunch - Tuscan chicken with tomatoes, green beans, raw veggies, 2T dip, dt soda
    Snack #1 - 2 wedges (12.5g total) dark chocolate
    Snack #2 - 1c broccoli cole slaw
