  • HOLY HOT.

118 degrees was the high today in the Phoenix area.

    That's hot, folks.
Highest ever temps in Phoenix...122 degrees back in 1990.

  • Phoenix . . . the only memories I have of Phoenix were trucking school in March and it was already in the 90s then!  I keep thinking how fortunate that we've escaped most of the BRUTAL heat, even though it's been hot here. Only in the 90s.  And we've had a bit of rain, too, which has kept things green.  I hope your weather cools down a bit.  Meantime, I hope you're able to tolerate it!  Eeks!

  • That's just GROSS. Ew.

It was 95 in Seattle (still 75 at 6am... has NOT cooled down much) and that's enough for me. (Pretty much anything over 85 is too hot for poor ole me.)

  • Whatever you do, don't put any veggies in your drawers, becaues that's hot enough to do some crotch-pot cooking, man.  Geezus.

  • the last time i was in havasu in the late 90's it was 123.  that was pretty hot, even for me.
